About your clinician

Dalton Stout is a Denver-based choreographer, educator, and performer with a performance background with The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, Onyx IW, Juxtaposition, Pride of Cincinnati Dance Ensemble, and Disney. He built the DVS Beginner Course Series to make high-quality color guard fundamentals accessible to anyone—not only students inside the traditional WGI pipeline. Whether you spin for a scholastic program, an indie team, or on your own, you get the same structured breakdowns, rehearsal plans, and journal framework used to train at the highest levels—delivered in plain language you can use at home.

Common questions

When should we book?
I'm always booking. Between seasons usually brings the strongest turnout—but there's never a bad time to learn.
What if turnout starts small?
Don't worry! Your guard still gets Day 0 plus clinic days at no tuition either way.
What's involved for my staff?
Provide gym space, travel and board (homestay works), and promote locally to neighboring programs. I bring curriculum, instruction, and social media promotion.
