Use this plan as your guide for weekly practice.
Week 1: Getting Started & Finding the Finesse
Build core engagement, hilt facings, and fingertip blade control.

Daily Assignments:
- Log every practice using the practice journal.
- Frame check-in, flats, and blind-placement mirror checks.
- Start dropspins at 10/side; add 10 reps daily.
- Target 100 consecutive dropspins with clean stop mechanics.
- Record daily and check posture/catch consistency.
Week 2: Training the Basics & Attacking the Squeeze
Navigate angles and master crisp stops without bounce.

Daily Assignments:
- Warm up with daily dropspins.
- Run 4-position matrix into aggressive stops.
- Attack and squeeze catches with zero extra movement.
- Record and verify cross-port hook depth/angle quality.
Week 3: Building Confidence, Strength & Power
Condition forearms, expand wrist flexibility, and stay in the toaster.

Daily Assignments:
- Baseline warmup to steady track.
- 3 sets of low/flat/high pirate scoops.
- Keep elbow locked; relax pinky/ring finger for hilt swivel.
- Record often; track flexibility and clean flourish clearance.
Week 4: Tossing, Performing, and Putting it All Together
Safe flat releases, spatial awareness, and complete presentation.

Daily Assignments:
- Build 10 consistent doubles with controlled release/track.
- Use blender rule: wait for final catch timing.
- Run complete routine sequence block.
- Practice with patience and power; perform for readiness.
- Record full performance daily and celebrate transformation.
